Hot Cross Bones and guest artists will present a program of holiday music for trombone choir at 7:00 p.m. on December 17 at the Crossroads Church and then again at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 19, 2009, in the Capitol Rotunda. This performance will feature many of the area’s best trombonists and is free to the public.

Hot Cross Bones participated in Madison’s first Ride the Drive event to celebrate healthy modes of transportation while enjoying the beauty of our city. Hot Cross Bones kicked off WYOU’s festive summer party, with a high-energy show at the High Noon Saloon on Sunday, July 12, 2009. It was part of the membership drive and fundraiser for Madison’s community television station, WYOU. Click on the photo below for some pictures taken by Lynne Navis.

As in previous years, we put on a public concert of Christmas music in the Capitol Rotunda on December 20, 2008. This year our concert coincided with the Merry Tuba Christmas, which took place about 30 minutes after we finished.
